The delays that you're encountering are the result of network bandwidth
issues, individual player settings, system performance issues and buffering
between the server and each of the clients connected to it.
It is possible to reduce some of the delay that users experience by
minimizing the size of the buffers used between the server and each of the
clients. The following article describes the various types of broadcast
delays and shows you what you can do to reduce the amount of buffering that
takes place and how to configure each of the components to maximize
