I can download them but if i extract i get an error saying: Not compatible
with this version of windows.

(whe have XP professional) Whe downloaded the version for windows XP
professional
Whe allso checkt for new updates for windows XP
What to do?

What media player have you got just now?
Have you tried uninstalling/reinstalling that?

At the moment i am trying to install and run media player 9 i have tried to
install/reinstall many times allso with media player 10.
A week ago media player 9 whas running very well, but now it wont start up.
